American duo sign long-term Celtic contracts

Celtic have confirmed the double signing of American duo Andrew Gutman and Manny Perez, with both players having penned three-and-a-half year deals at Parkhead.

The duo have been linked with respective moves to Celtic Park for much of the January transfer window, with the duo having impressed during trial stints in Glasgow.

19-year old Perez, who is a United States youth international, has returned to the States to continue his development on loan, remaining with North Carolina FC.

Gutman has also been loaned back to his home country to continue his development, with the recent Hermann Trophy winner having joined Nashville SC.
