Frank Lampard’s Derby County are interested in a deadline day swoop to sign Youssouf Mulumbu.
According to the Express, as cited on the Daily Record, both Derby and Kilmarnock are considering moves for the player.
Mulumbu has failed to break into Brendan Rodgers’ plans this season after joining the club during the previous summer transfer window.
After impressing in Scotland last season, Celtic moved quickly to secure his signature, with Rodgers looking to add experience to his squad.

However, after finding game time hard to come by, the Celtic boss has openly admitted that the player is free to leave the Hoops this month.
It was at Kilmarnock where Mulumbu showed his best form, but he could be tempted by a return to England.
Derby are pushing for promotion to the Premier League but Lampard boasts a very young squad and Mulumbu could provide the necessary experience to see them over the line.
