Celtic’s Andrew Gutman is set to return to the club after seeing a loan move back to America fall through.
According to the Daily Record, Gutman was poised to join up with Nashville, but that no longer appears to be the case.
A temporary move back to the States was blocked by the MLS and Chris Davies admits that the player is still likely to go on loan.
He will be coming back here and probably be going back on loan. We will look at a different loan option that will suit Andrew.

Gutman was one of two Americans to join Celtic late in the January transfer window. He and fellow defender Manny Perez committed themselves to long-term deals after impressing on trial.
The 22-year-old may have been hoping that the failed move could have resulted in his Celtic breakthrough, but he now looks set to continue his development elsewhere.
Gutman was highly rated in America and Celtic will no doubt be watching his development closely once a move is finalised.
