Who is afraid of the big black bat? Well, Celtic are – apparently. At least that was the feeling after a disappointing performance against Spanish giants Valencia on Thursday evening. However, it isn’t all bad this week as a last-minute winner at Rugby Park saw the Champions go eight points clear at the top of the table.
In a week we have seen two very different performances from the boys in green. In the first of the two matches against Valencia, we witnessed a promising start that slowly devolved into a flat and frankly meek performance. Killie, on the other hand, was a true show of what you need to be Champions with a display of grit, determination and a never-say-die attitude.
Over the course of these two matches, the stock of some players has increased and the stock of others has decreased. If you agree or disagree then let us know in the comments.
