Brendan Rodgers has agreed to become the new manager of Leicester City, according to various reports, including the Mirror.
In what is a major blow to Celtic, the 46-year-old will quit his role at Parkhead and replace Claude Puel at the King Power Stadium.
Chris Davies and Kolo Toure will also follow Rodgers to Leicester, with Neil Lennon taking charge of the Hoops until the end of the season.
An official approach was made by the Foxes on Monday and Celtic gave the manager permission to talk to the Premier League club.
It will see him return to English football for the first time since being sacked as Liverpool manager in October 2015.
Rodgers will be a huge loss to Celtic, having become a hugely popular figure at the club.
He has won every available domestic trophy since becoming Celtic boss back in 2016, playing some scintillating football along the way.
The hope was that he would stay until the end of the season, as the Hoops look to clinch the ‘treble treble’ and win 10 pieces of domestic silverware in succession.
