Chris Sutton has encouraged Celtic to sign Hearts striker Uche Ikpeazu when the summer transfer window opens.
Writing for the Daily Record, Sutton explains why the striker could be a useful option for the Hoops going forward.
In a claim that may divide opinion among fans, Sutton believes that Celtic are in need of a ‘Plan B’.
Hearts are a bloody awkward side at home and I was very impressed by them. It wouldn’t be a bad idea for Celtic to make a move for Uche Ikeazu as well as the big striker must be an absolute nightmare to play against. He’d bring a different option, that’s for sure.

After losing Moussa Dembele to Lyon and Leigh Griffiths currently out of action, the Hoops have been a little short of options in the final third at times this season.
The club were forced to act quickly in January, bringing in Oliver Burke on loan from West Brom, who has played mostly as a central striker, and Ivorian forward Vakoun Issouf Bayo.
Ikpeazu came through the ranks at Reading before moving on to various different clubs. After something of a journeyman career, he joined Hears in 2018.
