Celtic are one of a host of clubs being linked with a summer move to sign Freddie Woodman from Newcastle.
According to a report on the Metro, Celtic will rival the likes of Arsenal, Everton and Fulham for the goalkeeper.
Woodman has been heavily linked with a move to the Hoops in the past and it appears he could see his future thrown up in the air once again this summer.
Newcastle are being tipped to sell at the end of the season, with the player out of contract at the end of the next campaign.
Keen to avoid losing him for nothing, the Premier League side could sell the highly-rated young goalkeeper to potential suitors.
Despite being so highly rated, Woodman has never managed to break through at Newcastle and has previously spent time on loan in Scotland.
Woodman has only managed to make three cup appearances this season and will be eager to play first-team football going forward.
Potential bargains Celtic could sign from England
Out of contract with Chelsea in the summer and will be eager to continue playing at a high level.
Out of favour at Manchester United and could look to start playing regularly elsewhere.
The Dutch midfielder will be a free agent this summer but has struggled with injuries of late.
Could be a shrewd loan signing if Celtic need to reinforce their defence.
