Neil Lennon could hand Celtic starlet Karamoko Dembele his first-team debut before the end of the season.

The 16-year old has garnered rave reviews in Scotland, and at such a young age is already been revered as a top talent for the future.

Dembele made his debut for the club’s reserve team earlier this season, and has helped them reach their target of winning the title, with the young Hoops only on game away from being crowned champions.

And Lennon, speaking to STV, confirmed that Dembele could receive his senior nod before the season’s end. The Northern Irish coach said:

If all things go well you may see him around before the end of the season.

I am a big fan of his, I like his style. I would like to get him integrated into the first-team squad sooner rather than later but he still has a bit of work to do.
