Despite Kieran Tierney nailing down the left-back spot at Celtic Park over the past four years, the Hoops remain in the hunt for a new full back to challenge the Scottish international.

The club have been interested in Milad Mohammadi over the past two transfer windows, and look set to go in for the Iran international once again in the summer.

The Akhmat Grozny left-back is out of contract at the end of the season and could possibly make the move to Scotland on a free transfer.

However, according to Football Insider, Fulham and Bristol City are thought to be monitoring the defender themselves ahead of a possible move.

The Cottagers are planning for life in the Championship and could lose teenage sensation Ryan Sessegnon, while the Robins may be without Lloyd Kelly next season.

Mohammadi has earned 25 senior caps for his country to date, turning out in last year’s World Cup, so would provide the Hoops with serious left-back competition if they can secure his services.
