Celtic supporters have been known to have a few great chants over the years and their latest is one aimed at Rangers boss Steven Gerrard.
Fans were filmed during the Aberdeen game mocking the Rangers boss for his lack of silverware.
Twitter user @ouney86 posted a video from the game that received a lot of attention.
Twitter: Celtic fans singing ‘Have you ever seen Gerrard win the league’ is class! https://t.co/tvKPnSopyU (@Ouney86)
The chant is as followed: “Have you ever seen Gerrard win the league, have you ever seen Gerrard win the league? Have you ever seen Gerrard, have you ever seen Gerrard, have you ever seen Gerrard win the league, have you f**k.”
A joke that was often pointed out by rival supporters down South during Gerrard’s playing days, the chant has made its way up to Scotland as the Hoops secured another title.
Gerrard’s arrival at Rangers over the summer was supposed to be the catalyst for the club to spark a serious challenge in the title race, but in truth, it was over before it really began.
Celtic would go on to win their eighth successive title at a canter and despite the fact it was only made official over the weekend, it had been a foregone conclusion for some time.
