Celtic completed an unprecedented third consecutive domestic treble on Saturday afternoon, after coming from behind to beat Hearts 2-1 in the Scottish Cup final at Hampden Park.
Ryan Edwards struck early in the second half to give Craig Levein’s side a surprise lead, and threaten to end the Hoops’ pursuit of a third successive domestic treble.
Celtic responded to going behind well, however, and Odsonne Edouard equalised from the penalty spot 10 minutes later, after being fouled in the area by Hearts goalkeeper Zdenek Zlamal, who got a hand to the Frenchman’s effort.
The striker then grabbed his second of the game and what proved to be the winning goal eight minutes from time, capitalising on some poor Hearts defending with a clinical finish.
