Arsenal are prepared to come back with a third bid to sign Celtic left-back Kieran Tierney this summer.
According to The Scotsman, Arsenal are set to make another move for the defender, despite already having been rejected twice by the Scottish giants.
The report claims that Arsenal’s last offer was worth a fee in the region of £25m, but Celtic were unhappy with how much of the deal was dependant on clauses and add-ons.
Celtic are said to value Tierney at £25m, but want the chunk of that figure up front, rather than as part of a package.
Tierney is attracting interest from a number of clubs after yet another successful season with the Hoops in Scotland.
The boyhood Celtic supporter missed the first half of the season due to injury, but went on to make 40 appearances in all competition as Celtic completed a remarkable domestic treble – for the second season running.
Arsenal players Celtic could sign
Chambers can play in midfield or in defence and would be a solid addition to Celtic’s squad.
The young striker would be an excellent signing on loan for Celtic if they could bring him to Scotland.
The Greek central defender could strengthen Celtic’s options at the back next season.
Smith-Rowe impressed for Arsenal last season and could benefit from a year out on loan to Celtic in the Scottish league.
