‘Deluded’ – These Celtic fans react as journalist claims Ryan Kent will help Rangers overthrow Celtic

Jamie Currie of the Daily Record has claimed that Rangers’ signing of Ryan Kent will help Steven Gerrard’s side win the “war” against Celtic despite losing the “battle” at Ibrox last Sunday, and Hoops supporters have laughed off his suggestion.
Writing in a column for the Daily Record, Currie said that Celtic were scared of Kent and what he will add to Rangers, before stating that Sunday’s defeat at Ibrox resulted in the club signing the winger in an attempt to “win the war.”
Following the piece, these Celtic supporters have been quick to react on social media, with many rubbishing Currie’s claim.

While Kent is clearly a talented footballer, to suggest that Celtic fans are scared of him and that he will be the man to help Rangers “win the war” against the Hoops seems a little farfetched.
The winger was good for Rangers last season, but he could not prevent Celtic from running away with the Treble Treble.
No doubt he will once again be a key figure for Steven Gerrard, but Celtic have any firepower of their own to not be scared or worried by his permanent arrival.
