Craig Gordon is concerned that his Celtic career is over following the arrival of Fraser Forster on loan from Southampton.
According to Football Insider, Forster starting against Rangers made Gordon realise that the “writing is on the wall” in terms of his Celtic career.
The report claims that Gordon is now the club’s third-choice goalkeeper, behind Forster and Scott Bain, and could now just see out the last year of his contract before leaving the club.

Unless Forster and Bain both pick up injuries, Gordon’s assessment of his own situation appears to be very accurate.
Forster has been brought in on loan from a Premier League side and enjoyed great success with the club earlier in his career, whilst also keeping a clean sheet against Rangers in his first derby match since 2012.
Gordon found himself on the bench behind Bain for much of last season as well, making it very unlikely that he would come in even if Forster dropped form or picked up an injury – with Bain seemingly preferred ahead of him.
