‘Create a green wall’ – These Celtic fans would love to see Parkhead expansion

Celtic supporters would apparently be in favour of expanding the standing section at Parkhead, after an overwhelming response to a question posed on social media.

Twitter account ‘Celtic Everything’ asked fans whether they believe the Hoops should look at increasing the current standing section at Parkhead.

And these supporters were clearly in favour of the idea, with some suggesting Celtic should take inspiration from Borussia Dortmund’s famous ‘Yellow Wall’ at the Signal Igunda Park.

READ CELTIC VERDICT

Expanding the standing area certainly seems to be a popular idea, and something that we would all definitely love to see.

And while matching Dortmund’s standing area of over 24,000 appears unlikely, it could certainly be something for the Hoops to consider in the near future.
