Interest in Odsonne Edouard is said to be heating up as Lyon are said to be the latest side interested in the striker, and Celtic must demand at least £25million for the Frenchman.
Reports earlier this week suggested the Ligue 1 giants were keen on making a summer move for Edouard, which would be two years since they signed Moussa Dembele from Celtic, while AS Monaco and Lazio have also been linked.
So why should the Hoops demand a minimum of £25million for Eddy?

Following the departure of Kieran Tierney for £25million, Celtic must use that transfer as the absolute minimum they would allow Eddy to leave for next summer.
By that time, the market prices would have no doubt increased given how much money players are said to be worth nowadays, and if Eddy’s form at the start of this season is anything to go by then he will have scored bundles by the end of the campaign.
Of course if the Frenchman has a desire to leave, which he may well be following his comments about a potential Paris Saint-Germain return, then Celtic may be restricted to how much they can sell him for.
But given how the Hoops sold Dembele for at least £5million short of what they should have looked for, and following KT’s move, £25million should be the benchmark figure Celtic demand for one of their key men.
