Jeremie Frimpong could well be set to make his debut for Celtic against Partick Thistle after the defender trained with the first-team on Tuesday.

Celtic Tweeted a number of pictures from their training session ahead of Wednesday’s Scottish League Cup quarter-final against Partick Thistle, with Frimpong appearing in the photos alongside captain Scott Brown.

Fellow new Bhoy Greg Taylor was also in action, but he is cup-tied for the clash so will have to wait to make his debut.
