“I can’t wait” – Frimpong set for Celtic debut and fans should be excited

Celtic’s summer signing Jeremie Frimpong is excited as he is set to make his debut for the club tonight, as reported on the Celtic Star.
The young full-back joined from Premier League champions Manchester City, where he was a key member of the Under-23 side.
Manager Neil Lennon is expected to hand the youngster his debut this evening in the Betfred Cup Quarter Final against Partick Thistle at Celtic Park.
Frimpong said:
I just want to get on the pitch and show the fans everything that I’ve got. I can’t wait to play at Celtic Park in front of the fans.
Hopefully, when I get on the pitch and do something good, I’ll hear the noise for me.

Absolutely. The teenager is raring to play for the club and if Lennon gives him the opportunity tonight, the home fans should be over the moon.
Frimpong is a tenacious right back with pace and brilliant dribbling and he’ll be desperate to showcase his talents if given the opportunity to play.
It’s difficult to find players with passion in the modern era, but it’s obvious to see that Frimpong is passionate about Celtic, so he should have no problem in becoming a fan-favourite soon.
