Jonny Hayes has revealed that new Bhoy Jeremie Frimpong made a positive impression on his teammates within the “first five minutes” of his opening training session at the club, and that is a huge positive for Celtic.
According to 67 Hail Hail, Hayes told Celtic’s YouTube channel following Frimpong’s debut that he made an instant impact following his move from Manchester City in the summer, wowing teammates pithing minutes of his first training session.
Since he came in, first five minutes of his first session we’ve been talking about him. He’s obviously impressed all the players and the management as well. Exactly what he does in training every day he’s gone out and done it tonight.

The former Manchester City man appears to have made an instant impact at Celtic following his summer move, and that is a huge positive for the club.
Despite being just 18-years-old, Frimpong already appears to have the quality to perform well for Celtic and compete regularly for a first-team spot, offering more strength and depth for Neil Lennon.
