Celtic fans love video of Parkhead singing YNWA before Cluj

Many Celtic fans have responded to a video posted online from a fellow supporter who lives close to Parkhead, of the Hoops faithful singing ‘You’ll Never Walk Alone’ before Thursday’s Europa League tie with CFR Cluj.

Celtic moved to the top of Group E following the 2-0 victory over the Romanian side, while Lazio fought back from 1-0 down against Rennes to beat the Ligue 1 outfit 2-1 in the group’s other encounter.

Prior to the tie, one supporter filmed a video from a window of the Celtic faithful singing the famous YNWA, with the caption ‘The joys of living right beside Celtic Park.’

And these fans clearly loved the video, with many hailing the atmosphere supporters create at Parkhead, especially on European nights.

The video certainly gives you goosebumps, hearing the noise the Hoops faithful created at Parkhead prior to the win over Cluj.

And the atmosphere clearly helped to inspire Neil Lennon’s men on Thursday, with a dominant victory over the Romanian side that could have easily been more than 2-0.

Celtic will be looking to continue their barnstorming start to the season this weekend as they return to league action to face Livingston.
