Manager Neil Lennon believes that Celtic’s new signings are beginning to prove themselves.
Loan arrival Mohamed Elyounoussi netted his first goal for the Hoops in the UEFA Europa League victory over Cluj on Thursday night.
Defenders Christopher Jullien and Boli Bolingoli have also been hugely impressive, along with shot-stopper Fraser Forster, who arrived on loan from Southampton.

When speaking to Sky Sports, Lennon said:
Sometimes you need to be patient.
In the modern game, players get written off after 45 minutes of football. Players have to adapt to the expectations which are sometimes a little bit different. Some of them took a bit longer than others, which is natural.
Now we’re seeing them in full flow and they’re showing that they’re good players at a very high level.
Are Celtic really seeing the best of their new arrivals now?

Yes. The new signings now look settled into the team and have been putting in some impressive performances.
Celtic signed 11 new players in the summer transfer window and five of them started in the win over Cluj, which shows that they’re hitting good form.
Undoubtedly, there’s still plenty more to come from them but they’re showing great signs of progress after a few months of the new season.
