READ CELTIC VERDICT
The Celtic supporters certainly deserve credit for unveiling the banner at home and urging the club to make a statement by setting a trend for the rest of the league to follow.
Do ticket prices need to be capped at £20?
Yes
No
Fans continue to be unfairly priced out of the game and a strong stance needs to be taken to resolve the issue.
The Bayern Munich supporters who travelled to the Emirates in 2017 summed it up perfectly with their banner which read: “£64 a ticket but without fans, football is not worth a penny,” after having to pay £64 for the clash against Arsenal.
