Celtic fans urge Lennon to start Ryan Christie against Lazio

Many Celtic fans have urged Neil Lennon to start Ryan Christie against Lazio tonight.

Lennon’s men host the Serie A side looking to make it seven points from their first three group games with victory at Parkhead, after a strong start to the campaign.

And ahead of the important clash, these fans have called for Christie to be reinstated into the team following his suspension against Ross County last weekend.

READ CELTIC VERDICT

It would certainly be a huge surprise if Lennon doesn’t start Christie for tonight’s clash with Lazio.

The midfielder has easily been one of Celtic’s best players so far this season, with his work rate and creativity proving a huge asset to the Hoops.

Lazio will pose Lennon’s side with the greatest threat they have come up against this season, with the likes of Ciro Immobile and Sergej Milinkovic-Savic in their ranks.

And having someone like Christie in from the start will be crucial to Celtic’s chances.
