Neil Lennon has issued an update on the fitness of his squad ahead of Sunday’s clash with Motherwell at Parkhead.
Speaking after Thursday’s famous victory over Lazio, Lennon revealed Leigh Griffiths is in contention to play on Sunday, while he also hopes to have Tom Rogic back.
Mikey Johnston has a “small” chance of featuring, while Hatem Abd Elhamed is a serious doubt after picking up an injury against Lazio.

News of a potential return for Griffiths will come as a huge bonus for all, with Lennon now having the option to give Odsonne Edouard a well deserved rest.
Mikey and Rogic both having a chance of making Sunday’s clash will also serve as a boost for Lenny following the midweek excursions in Rome, though there was no word on Boli Bolingoli.
The left-back missed the trip to the Stadio Olimpico with a reported hamstring problem, but there was no mention on his fitness ahead of Motherwell’s trip to Parkhead this weekend.
