Manchester City join race for Mohammed Daramy
Celtic face competition from another Premier League giant in the race to sign Mohammed Daramy, as Manchester City enter the fray.
The Hoops and Liverpool have both previously been linked with a move for the highly rated teenager, who has been compared to the Reds’ red-hot forward Sadio Mane.
However, according to Twitter account Scouts in Attendance, City watched Daramy feature for FC Copenhagen earlier this month, when the winger came on as a second-half substitute and produced a sublime piece of skill.

News of interest from City will no doubt come as a slight blow for Celtic, given how exciting a talent Daramy appears to be.
However, given how unlikely regular first-team football will be at either Liverpool or City, a move to Celtic may well just appeal to the winger, who would be more likely to feature for the Hoops on a consistent basis.
Do you think Celtic should make a move for Daramy?
Yes

No

His versatility allows him to play on either wing and as a central striker; an area Celtic certainly need to strengthen.
Signing Daramy would not be cheap however, with Copenhagen reportedly valuing the teenager in excess of £5million.
