The final international break of the calendar year is finally over and the Hoops return to domestic action on Saturday afternoon as they host Livingston at Parkhead.
Neil Lennon’s men were in fine form before the break, with seven wins on the spin, including that memorable night in Rome against Lazio as well as a semi-final triumph over Hibernian in the Betfred Legue Cup.
But Saturday’s attention is on the league, where three points are crucial to maintain the Bhoys top spot.
Ironically, the last, and only side, to defeat Celtic this season were Livingston. It was a day to forget in West Lothian, with Ryan Christie’s red card, Christopher Jullien’s struggles and a European hangover.

The Frenchman struggled all afternoon with Livingston’s nuisance striker, Lyndon Dykes which is why he’s our opposition dangerman this weekend.
LYNDON DYKES
The Aussie born 24-year-old put in an exceptional performance against the Hoops at the start of October.
He caused Jullien unprecedented trouble in a Celtic shirt. He got under the Frenchman’s skin on multiple occasions and well and truly made his mark on the match, sealing Livi’s second goal perfectly.
He has been troubled with an ankle injury since then, but returned for Livi against Rangers in their 2-0 defeat before the international break and will be raring to go against the Champions once again.
