Derby County have reportedly reignited their interest in Scott Sinclair and are keen on making a move to sign the winger in January.
According to Football Insider, the Rams were interested in signing Sinclair last summer and are planning a January swoop for the 30-year-old as Phillip Cocu looks to strengthen his attacking options.
The report also suggests that Sinclair is “eager for a new challenge” after being frozen out by Neil Lennon this season, and he could be available for a low fee with his contract set to expire next summer.

A move away for Sinclair certainly seems a likely option given his lack of game time this season.
The winger is yet to start a game in any competition for Celtic and has been limited to just 86 minutes so far, leading to speculation regarding his future at the club.
Sinclair is also one of the Hoops’ highest earners on a reported £30,000-a-week, and offloading him in January could prove a good move for all parties involved, as it free’s up wages for Celtic to use elsewhere.
