
Celtic fans react as Eboue Kouassi named in Reserves starting XI
Eboue Kouassi has been named in the starting lineup for Tuesday’s Scottish Reserve Cup clash against Motherwell, to the surprise of a number of Celtic fans.
The midfielder recovered from a serious knee injury earlier in the season but is yet to make a matchday squad for the senior team and had been linked with a move away in January.
However Kouassi was named in a strong looking lineup for Celtic’s Reserve Cup clash on Tuesday, and these fans shared their reaction’s to seeing the midfielder’s inclusion.

Kouassi will certainly be hoping to make the most of his opportunity given the uncertainty surrounding his future and his lack of game time for either the senior squad or Reserves this season.
The midfielder has reportedly considered leaving the club in January, while reports have also suggested the Hoops are willing to offload him in the New Year.
Celtic have also been scouting midfielder’s ahead of the January window, emphasising how important a game this could be for Kouassi.
