A number of English clubs are said to be targeting a January move for Armstrong Oko-Flex, as England and the Republic of Ireland also appear set to battle it out over his international allegiance.
According to HITC, the Telegraph have reported that Oko-Flex is the subject of January interest from English clubs, though the names of those keen on signing him have not been mentioned.
The report also suggests that the teenager’s international allegiance is up in the air. Oko-Flex represented England at Under-17 level before switching to play for Ireland’s U19s.
However England are now hoping he chooses to represent England going forwards.

The 17-year-old is yet to make his senior debut for Celtic but he is widely regarded as one of the most promising talents in the club’s academy.
Oko-Flex joined the Hoops in 2018 after progressing through the ranks at Arsenal, and was named on the bench for the senior side twice last season.
Celtic are likely to be incredibly keen on keeping hold of the forward, given how impressive he has been playing for the Reserves.
