Facebook remove Celtic employee post due to Rangers caption

Facebook have removed a post from Celtic Women sports therapist Caitlin Brown after she posted a photograph of herself holding the League Cup trophy with the caption “F*** the h***.”

Following Sunday’s victory over Rangers at Hampden, Brown posed for a photograph with the trophy and uploaded it to Facebook, before it was removed from her profile.

Brown then re-uploaded the photograph once again, revealing that her original post was removed, with the caption, “Since Facebook removed my picture for saying F the ****.”

Celtic are yet to comment publicly on the post, and Brown has since deleted her Facebook account.

The 24-year-old has spent four years as a sports therapist with Celtic, after joining the club once she completed her degree.

The post came after Christopher Jullien scored the only goal of the game as the Hoops ran out 1-0 victors at Hampden, to secure their tenth consecutive domestic trophy.
