Celtic fans were not happy with Scott Sinclair’s performance

Scott Sinclair was given his first start of the season against CFR Cluj on Thursday night, but a number of fans were not impressed by his display.

The winger was given a huge opportunity to prove his worth to Neil Lennon and put on an impressive performance in Romania.

However he struggled to have much of an impact on the game and these fans were critical of his display.

Sinclair’s display certainly emphasised why Lennon has overlooked him on many an occasion this season, with the 30-year-old looking a shadow of his former self in Romania.

That being said, it was always going to be incredibly difficult for him given the lack of first-team football he’d had prior to last night.

Many are now suggesting he has played his last game for the club and could be set for a move away in January.
