Former England international Danny Mills believes Jordan Rhodes should push for a move to Celtic in January amid reported interest from the Hoops.
Rhodes is said to be one of a number of striking options Neil Lennon is considering making a move for this month.
And speaking to Football Insider, Mills believes Rhodes could make a real impact if he joins Celtic in January.
Celtic would be a fabulous move for him. It’s a step up from the Championship, it’s not quite the Premier League, but it is where he could make a big name for himself at a very high level by playing European football.

And if he gets that opportunity, I think it would be a huge step up for him and I think it’ll be a very good move for him and a good move for Celtic as well.

Celtic’s reported interest in Rhodes has certainly sparked a lot of debate on social media as to whether he would be a good signing.
The 29-year-old has been a proven goalscorer throughout his career, and he could certainly flourish at Celtic given the opportunity.
However with the Hoops also in talks with Slovan Bratislava over a move for Andraz Sporar, Rhodes would be unlikely to get much game time ahead of him and Odsonne Edouard.
