Neil Lennon has issued an update on Daniel Arzani and Marian Shved and appears to have been pleased with the pair’s respective showing in Dubai.
Arzani has been on the sidelines for over a year after picking up an ACL injury on his Celtic debut in October 2018, while Shved has made just two appearances so far this season.
However according to the Daily Record, the pair could be set to feature more often after the break following Lennon’s positive update on them.
They have all trained well. It’s good to see Daniel Arzani back and Marian Shved has had a good week.

READ CELTIC VERDICT
It would be excellent to see both Shved and Arzani feature for Celtic following the winter break in our opinion, and the fact that Lennon has noticed the pair’s performances in training in Dubai suggests they are on his radar.
Shved impressed many on his debut earlier this season, and we’ve certainly been eager to see more of the Ukraine international than we have done so far.
Similarly Arzani is a player we’ve seen little of due to his injury, but is another we are intrigued to see more of. He appears to be held in high regard by Lennon, given how Celtic have made an offer to extend his loan deal with the club.
This suggests to us that despite being on the sidelines for a long period of time, the Celtic boss has been impressed by him and he could be an exciting player to have upon his return from injury.
And would expect at least one of them to have more opportunities in the second-half of the season, following Scott Sinclair’s departure and with Lewis Morgan set for a move to Inter Miami.
