Ismaila Soro looks to have confirmed his move to Celtic on Instagram following a post on his private story.
The midfielder has been edging closer to a move to Parkhead after Celtic agreed a £2million fee with Bnei Yehuda, the Daily Record reported earlier this month.
And according to eagle eyed Twitter user @p_bov1, Soro shared a post on his Instagram story that he was tagged in over the weekend with the caption, “Ismaila Soro Next Player of Celtic.”

With Soro sharing that post on his story, it now looks just a matter of time until the midfielder is officially announced as a Hoops player.
And reports in The Herald earlier this week back this point up, with the media outlet confirming Soro’s visa was holding the deal up.
While this deal does appear to be dragging out somewhat, the main thing to take away is that Soro appears to be closing in on a move, and he is a player who can be a hugely important player in our opinion.
The Daily Record have previously described the 21-year-old as an ‘energetic’ and ‘fearless’ player who is incredibly strong when it comes to breaking up opposition attacks and setting his side away on the counter.
We believe Celtic need a player in his mould in the push for another domestic treble this year, and while he may not be able to immediately force his way into the side, his energy and fearlessness is something that we feel will be hugely important for the Hoops.
