Neil Lennon has been urged by Alan Stubbs to make a January move for Martin Boyle.
The Celtic boss has previously worked with Boyle during his time in charge of Hibernian, and speaking on Ladbrokes Social Club, Stubbs urged Lennon to make a move for the winger this month.
Here’s one for you. If I was Neil, Neil loved Martin Boyle. It fits. Neil had a real fondness for Boyle when he was there, he used to talk him up all the time.

Lennon has previously stated his desire to sign a player who can come in and make an immediate impact, and with five goals and two assists in 11 league appearances this season, Boyle could do just that.
And given how Lennon and Boyle have previously worked together, the Celtic boss could be tempted to make a move for him.
Furthermore following Scott Sinclair’s departure and with Lewis Morgan’s move to Inter Miami on the horizon, signing the Australia international could prove to be a smart piece of business to provide cover and increase competition in the wide areas.
