Craig Gordon attracting interest from Huddersfield
Craig Gordon is reportedly attracting interest from Huddersfield Town as he enters the final stages of his Celtic contract, though the English Championship side could face competition.
According to the Daily Record, Huddersfield are interested in signing the 37-year-old on a free transfer in the summer but Hearts still remain keen.
The report reveals the pair both had loan bids for Gordon rejected by Celtic last month, despite the shot-stopper reportedly being keen on a move away from the club (BBC Sport).

Neil Lennon has previously sympathised with Gordon’s situation at the club, as he understands his desire to go and play regularly but the Celtic boss also revealed he didn’t want to lose him last month (Daily Record).
However, a move away in the summer certainly appears likely, given how Football Insider claimed earlier this month that Celtic have already begun searching for his replacement as they are not looking to renew his contract.
Do you think Gordon will leave in January?
Yes
No
And that could certainly benefit Gordon, as he would then have the opportunity to join a club where he could play regular first-team football and bolster his chances of winning a place back in the Scotland squad.
The 37-year-old has been starved of game time at Celtic this season, making just six appearances in all competitions thus far (Transfermarkt) and deserves the chance to play regularly once again.
