Celtic have had their bid to take Albian Ajeti on loan accepted by West Ham United, according to Anthony Joseph of Sky Sports.
The Hammers have accepted an offer from The Hoops, which means we will see the Swiss international spend the entire 2020/21 campaign on loan at Celtic Park, whilst Neil Lennon will have the option to sign the 23-year-old on a permanent deal in the summer of 2021.
Ajeti is set to travel to Glasgow on Wednesday to complete his medical and all being well, he should be announced at Celtic’s latest signing later in the week.

With Vasilios Barkas also set to join Celtic at some point in the week, it looks like Lennon is getting close to having his squad together just days before the new season.
Ajeti’s arrival will likely lead to more questions about the future of Leigh Griffiths who fell into Lennon’s bad books a few weeks ago after he returned to training in poor shape which meant he did not travel to France with his teammates for their pre-season friendly games.
