Celtic are reportedly ‘looking to bring Fraser Forster back’ to the club, and the transfer update has gone down well with several Hoops supporters.
Hampshire Live shared seven Southampton players who could be on the move in the January window, with Forster included in the list. They claimed that the Scottish champions are ‘looking’ into a deal for the 32-year-old, who knows Parkhead all too well.
Forster hasn’t made an appearance under Ralph Hasenhuttl on the south coast in any competition, with Alex McCarthy establishing himself as the club’s number one.
The former Hoops hero has just 18 months’ left on his current Saints contract, and it seems that links regarding a fifth Celtic Park spell won’t be going away anytime soon.
