Ismaila Soro made his first Celtic appearance since October during the 4-2 defeat to AC Milan on Thursday, and many Hoops fans now want to see the Ivorian in from the outset tomorrow.
Soro replaced Scott Brown with just 12 minutes remaining at the San Siro, taking his season tally to 37 minutes of action. [Transfermarkt]
Neil Lennon’s side conceded a fourth goal to Milan during Soro’s time on the pitch on Thursday, but he seemed to do enough for some fans to sing his praises on social media.
Soro, who joined from Bnei Yehuda at the beginning of the year, is yet to start for the Hoops in any competition. However, these Celtic supporters want to see the 22-year-old in Lennon’s starting line-up against St Johnstone, with many wanting him to replace club captain Brown on Sunday.
