Celtic will give the green light to a mass squad overhaul this summer, with five players likely to seal permanent Parkhead exits.
That’s according to an exclusive report from Football Insider, who claim that a Hoops source has told them there will be plenty of playing changes prior to the 2021/22 campaign, regardless of who is in charge.
Celtic are hoping to secure blockbuster fees for two first-team stars, with those expected to be Odsonne Edouard and Kristoffer Ajer.
The report also adds that Ollivier Ntcham, currently on loan at Marseille, Tom Rogic and Nir Bitton are also likely to leave for smaller fees.

Financial results saw the club post a £5.9m pre-tax loss in their half-yearly results, and that seems to have contributed to the club’s summer plans.
Two big summer sales will hopefully bring in £30m+, and in our opinion, the club needs to be extremely careful in their recruitment ahead of next season.
Should the Hoops cash in on players who have been around the club for some time, they’ll need to add proven quality straight away.
However, if they don’t, the club may well set themselves up for another disappointing campaign.
