Celtic fans react to Robbie Brady update
Neil Lennon is thought to be keen on a summer deal for Burnley winger Robbie Brady.
The 29-year-old’s deal at Turf Moor is due to expire in a matter of months, however, Clarets boss Sean Dyche revealed that the club are in talks with Brady over a new deal, which has led to multiple Celtic supporters giving their views to the news.
Brady has made 19 appearances in all competitions this season and is just one of a plethora of Burnley players out of contract at the end of the current campaign.
The Republic of Ireland international is thought to be high up on Lennon’s summer wishlist, but it seems as if he could extend his stay in Lancashire.
We shared the news regarding Brady on our official Read Celtic Facebook page on Thursday evening, asking supporters for their thoughts.
This is what some Hoops fans had to say, with one describing the versatile ace as ‘useless’…
Paul Longmore: Sign your new deal with the mighty Burnley if you have no ambitions to further your career
Noel Mcgovern: Brady is useless
David Markey: Barkas, Ajeti, Duffy don’t let Lennon sign anyone
Scott Johnston: Why is Lennon even getting to make summer signings is what’s worrying me
Darryl Smith: Probably heard Lennon is staying
Ryan Morell: Not fussed if we don’t sign him tbh
Do you want Celtic to sign Brady?
Yes
No
Colin Mckay: Lennon out
Gary McGuinness: My worry is Lennon has summer targets suggests he’ll be the manager next season.
