Celtic are back in Premiership action on Sunday the 5th of February, when the Hoops travel to Perth to take on St Johnstone.

The gap at the top of the table will likely be down to nine points when the Hoops are in action, so expect Ange Postecoglou to pick a strong side in an attempt to win the three points.

It should also be remembered that Celtic required a last-minute winner from Georgios Giakoumakis in their last visit to Perth, so chances are it won’t be an easy game for the Hoops.

With that in mind, Joe Hart will start in goals for the league leaders. At full-back, Greg Taylor and Alistair Johnston will continue for the side, whilst the centre-back pairing of Cameron Carter-Vickers and Carl Starfelt will line-up for the Bhoys.

In midfield, captain Callum McGregor will start for the Hoops, with support coming from Aaron Mooy and Reo Hatate further up the pitch.

When it comes to the forward area of the side, we predict that Daizen Maeda and Jota will start on the wing. The lone striker will be Kyogo, who is in excellent form having scored his 21st goal of the season in the recent win over Livingston.
