Over the last couple of days, Celtic fans have been revelling in the antics of Village Idiot Kris Boyd in the wake of his favourite club’s exit from the Champions League.
It appears that since he stormed out of Sky’s Glasgow studios on Tuesday night, his tantrum hasn’t abated.
If anything, its just gotten worse, as evidenced by his rantings yesterday in his column in that bog roll rag, the Sun.
The crayons were out in full force, scribbling with furious intent.
I mean, talk about losing the plot.
He has Philippe Clement sacked already!
Three games into the new season, and he isn’t even calling for his head, he’s actually talking about when he’s gone!
Effectively, in one article, Boyd has written the season off after three games and conceded the title to Celtic.

And this guy is actually meant to be a football pundit?
Any balanced football football pundit, who actually watches what’s happening at the Ibrox club, would have known that the Ibrox club’s chances of progression to the Champions League group stages were slim to begin with.
Instead, as is always the case with anyone of an Ibrox persuasion, Boyd believed it was their divine right to get there.
The opening lines to his article in the Sun are nothing, if not unhinged:
THE red card changed the game. Playing at Hampden in front of 39,000, rather than a full house at Ibrox, didn’t help either.
But I’m sorry, I’d still sick fed up with the noises coming from (Ibrox) these days. It’s become an environment of excuses and I’m not having it.
Losing Jefte five minutes into the second-half against Dynamo Kyiv was a massive moment, sure it was. And it definitely shouldn’t have been a second yellow!
But let’s not be kidded, Philippe Clement is talking nonsense when he says Rangers were the better team up until that point.
Okay….where to start with this?
Alright, I’ll start with playing at Hampden in front of 39,000.
If your supporters can’t be arsed turning up for what, up to this point, was the most important game of the season, then that pretty much speaks volumes about the faith they had in their side reaching the next round, doesn’t it?
It appears the 39,000 could see the writing was on the wall, but Kris couldn’t.
No surprises there.
So Kris is “sick fed up” with the noises coming from Ibrox these days?

Its become an environment of excuses and he’s not having it?
Well, boo-hoo, then do something about it Kris, if you’re not having it.
You march right up to Ibrox and give John Bennett and Philippe Clement a piece of your mind!
Let’s see what happens then.
Jesus wept.
Who does guy think he is?
Does he imagine anyone listens to his rantings?
I genuinely believe Sky employ him purely so people both within that organisation, and watching, can ridicule him, and laugh at him.
Fair enough, the only accurate assertion in there is where he says Clement was talking nonsense if he believed his side were the better side.
Then again, Clement was the man who said his side secured a moral victory in their 3-3 draw against us last season.
So that kind of mindset isn’t exactly surprising.
After raving on about the referee’s decision to send off Jefté, Boyd comes out with another beauty:
He (Clement) talks about the improvement that’s been made since he took over but I just don’t see it.
For me, R*****s are much WEAKER then they were at the end of last season which is quite staggering.
I mean, show me a player who has improved at R*****s recently?
There isn’t one.
How in God’s name did Boyd imagine that the Ibrox side weren’t weaker than they were last season??

I mean, anyone with a brain can see that they are weaker.
Has this only dawned on him now?
Did Boyd hibernate for the whole summer and then suddenly wake up, fully believing an all conquering Ibrox side was ready for the season ahead?
Talk about stating the obvious.
And this guy is supposed to a football pundit?
From there on in the article, Boyd descends into hopelessness, and he starts trotting out the same old Ibrox tune that starts to play once things start to go awry.
You know?
Its time for a new manager, and another rebuild…..again.
Except this time, its only three games into the season:
I just look at the whole situation there and don’t see things getting better any time soon.
In fact, mark my words. It won’t be long before the supporters turn on the board and point the finger of blame at them for the way it’s all going. These are R*****s fans who have put in a lot of money, sure, but something is going to have to give.
Clement talks about a project, but do me a favour.
No R*****s manager has ever been allowed the time for that and he isn’t going to be the first.
Its clear Boyd has definitely been asleep for the summer.
Because he definitely missed Chairman Bennett’s address to the people.
In which he stressed he would be giving the manager time, and that the Ibrox club would have to start living within their means.
This is clearly something Boyd struggles to comprehend.

Hence his childish, crayon infused rantings.
Now, I did say in yesterday’s article that the Ibrox board would eventually succumb to fan pressure.
And that Clement would become a sacrificial lamb.
So we’ll see how strong Chairman Bennett’s will is, and how long it will be before he’s really tested.
Needless to say, Kris Boyd’s childish media rantings definitely won’t test him!
I have to admit, I knocked a good laugh out of this next section:
I’ve got to say, I’ve been disappointed with what’s been coming out of Clement’s mouth lately.
When he first arrived at R*****s I liked the way he spoke.
He was straight-talking and didn’t ever sugarcoat anything and I admired that.
The R*****s fans could relate to him because of it.
But he’s changed his tune.
Whether he’s trying to cover up for other people within the football club, I don’t know.
But something’s not right.
Now Clement has changed his tune?
Well, that’s because the Ibrox insanity has already pervaded his mind.
And Kris reckons something’s not right?
He’s only figured that out now?!
Ibrox is falling down.
The club is skint.
Clement is putting out a patchwork side.
Fans aren’t turning up at Hampden.
The Covid Invincibles of 2021 are all but gone.
But its only now the Village Idiot has tweaked something is wrong?
Then he decides to sack Clement, all while trying to defend his own physique in the process.

I shit you not, you couldn’t make this up!
Well, Kris Boyd could, of course.
I know you’ll struggle to keep a straight face reading this, but give it a try:
When you think back to when he (Clement) first arrived, he was quite vocal about the amount of injuries in the squad.
But it seems now that the sports science guys are dictating who is and isn’t available to play.
I wonder when Clement loses his job, will Tom Taylor follow him out the door? I don’t think so.
Listen, I get that in the modern game the advice in that area can be valuable.
Managers have to listen to these guys, sure.
But it’s baffling to me that they get so much influence and, by the sounds of it, pick the team.
Some people will no doubt accuse me of being out-dated and point to my physique when I played.
Bring it on.
When, not if, Clement loses his job.
So that’s it?
Boyd is done with Clement, just because he listens to the Sports Science guys?
A fruitless endeavour according to Boyd, as he can attest to, having had a rather rotund physique himself.

I’d imagine back in the day if a Sports Science guy had approached Boyd, he’d have received a response like this:
“Duh, what’s Sports Science?”, all while munching on a bag of Monster Munch.
Of course Boyd was at pains to point out he scored 300 career goals, despite his ample condition.
So what the hell do these Sports Science guys really know?
More to point, what does a football manager like Philippe Clement know?
Clearly nothing when it comes to managing the Ibrox side, in Boyd’s eyes anyway.
For the remainder of the article, Boyd is at pains to explain his dislike of Sports Science.
I don’t think you need to be a genius to figure out why.
But he becomes completely distracted by his urge to eat with this sentence:
I’ll tell you eat they should be doing, though, and that’s making sure that £6million Danilo is ready to perform.
Yes, I’ll tell you EAT they should be doing.
I’m sure you will Kris.
Boyd finishes his article with an air of resignation.
Its clear from what he’s saying that he, and the Ibrox support, have already conceded the title to Celtic.
And its all down to those pesky Sports Science guys.
That has to be it.
Here’s how he finishes:
There were only 39,000 fans at Hampden the other night and that tells me there is a large number disillusioned with the whole thing.
Wait and see what the crowd is this weekend because it could be a lot less.
I just don’t think the punters look at their club and relate to anything right now.
And it’s only going to get worse before it gets better.
Couldn’t have put it better myself Kris.
It is only going to get worse.
Celtic will probably do the treble, thus becoming the most successful club in Scottish football history.
For real.
55 will no longer mean anything.
Not that it ever did.
Some things in Scottish football never change.
Celtic will keep on winning, and Kris Boyd will keep on talking shite.
And expanding, of course.
Isn’t it delicious though?
I seem to remember back when big fake Kris Boyd and Barry Ferguson were extremely vocal about Paul le Guen ,criticising him and accusing him of huge deficiencies in his managerial style . Mr Le Guen was duly sacked very soon afterwards ! They also were made aware that Mr Le Guen was a practicing RC while he was theRangers boss which is all in the public domain . Make up your own minds as to their real reason why they wanted and were granted PLG fired as manager ? Certain true stories like that ,tend to stay in the mind for a very ,very long time .
You talk about Boyd being the worse pundit. Not by a long way is he. That accolade goes to John Hartson who had his brain removed when he had his operation. Shame, Never mind

An absolute fanny like you mocking someone who had a brain tumour doesn’t surprise me.
As I said, try that ‘patter’ or your other bile in a pub and someone would knock fuck out of you, you fucking arsehole.
W hat a pathetic life you must have, obsessed with a Celtic site.
The sooner you go the way of the old huns, the better society will be.
I’ll tell you one thing Chrissy nae pals. It won’t be you that I can guarantee ya little prick. You’ve got wee man syndrome fuck face.
Oh dear! Your comment about John Hartson is pretty low. What a reprehensible human being you are. No doubt you are a shining example of the club that you support.
Hartson is a bitter fanny of a human being so deserves everything he gets
You’re bang out of order Billy boy , bit of banter is 1 thing but that is fking disgracefully disgusting, hopefully now you’ll be blocked for a diabolical comment like that you sad little pathetic cunt, reap what you sow clown.
PS. your klubs
deed.
Really Jim The Dim Tim

This is acute paranoia, your imagination shows how mentally ill you are.
Ive not read anyone on here slagging off dead managers, kit men and supporters.
Go on, refer us to the comments to justify your lies.
This is the part where you shut up as ive outed your lies.
Indeed it was you that tried to justify the death of 66 and injury to hundreds more by saying that the dead clubs directors werent at fault because there was no health and safety laws at the time!
There were deaths and injuries in 1961, 1963 and 1969 at the same stairway and your old club done NOTHING about it, and you actually came here and tried to justify the old clubs directors non action!
Now your new low is saying that Hartson deserved to develop a brain tumour.
As I said, walk into a pub and say that to a few people and you will get the reaction it deserves, hopefully knocked fuck out of.
Hartson developed cancer, but you are a cancer.
Hopefully this rancid little bitter fkwit is blocked from this site also , every other site he’s slithered onto has chased him , thanks Eric if you have , he seriously has mental issue problems, doesn’t help him now sevcos failure to get the money they desperately needed to stay afloat has pushed him over the edge as he’s suddenly been jolted from his delusional reality to seeing the real reality that’s unfolding around him , probably should be pitied rather than mocked .
Yes Jim, this sad individual is now officially blocked. Enough is enough. He crossed a line today regarding John Hartson, so it’s the end of the line.
Couldn’t agree more Eric, thanks.
His comments regarding big John were truly dreadful, how someone could make that comment is unforgivable
Yep good shout Eric get rid of the prick.
Wasn’t it Lord Souness who personally approved this stand out manager. Wasn’t he the manager that was going to show the Celtic supporters what a tactical genius he was and that Celtic would be swept away. I know, I could barely write that because I was laughing so much. Why do people still listen to this bitter little halfwit spewing out his hatred of anything not Rangers. I know start paying players under the table again, that made you successful before.
I’m not normally one to wade into discussion, but Billy boy is a sad example of the oldco fan that either never got or judging by his comments, couldn’t read the memo. Kinda like those Japanese soldiers marooned on islands, rescued years later thinking the war was still raging. A John Hartson reference, so someone who helped us get to a European final around the time the evidence was clear the wheels were coming off at Ibrox. Let’s not talk the glory days, you know the ones where if FFP was around that David Murray would be paraded in front of the media as a clown, let’s zoom waaaay past the gallery of screwing over the rest of Scottish football with awful financial decisions and frankly laughable managers(coisty at least cared) and land back in the here and now- players handing in transfer requests, punted out the champions league, fans can’t actually get to Ibrox, rumours abound of a*bestos and a s*inking stadium and scouting out new locations, talks of a*ministration to wipe out debt- and you want to in your old sectarian way talk about hartsons brain as some kinda of sevco killer blow /zinger. If you don’t understand the above, my condolences to your family for putting up with you and your Darwin award is in the post.
Unfortunately Jmac, he won’t be able to read your comment, as he crossed a line way beyond banter with his Hartson comments. He paid the price, and is now blocked off the site. He won’t be missed.
