Today, I’ve decided to see how much you can remember about Aidan McGeady.

McGeady was a player, who, in his early days at Celtic showed some supreme displays of talent.

Many believed he was destined for a stellar career at our club.

But McGeady himself had other ideas.

At the time he left the club, it was probably hard to blame him, we weren’t exactly headed in a great direction.

It was in the midst of a Rangers 1872 League treble.

He did go on to amass a very decent amount of caps at international level with the Republic of Ireland.

And if I’m being honest, we could really use someone of McGeady’s calibre in the ROI squad right now.
