“Oh, the SFA officials are corrupt!”, they cried, “The savages at the SFA must be taken on!”, they roared, “They’re corrupt to the core in favour of Celtic!”, they shouted.
Ibrox is in complete and utter meltdown after Celtic’s second goal against Aberdeen last night.
They’re genuinely losing their shit over there.
Yes, we held our collective breaths last night as the lines were drawn to check if Nygren’s goal was offside, but when the images came back, they weren’t squiggly.
They didn’t look like they were drawn to favour us.
It seems that Nygren was onside, just.
But try telling that to the conspiracy theorists at Ibrox.
Now, we get called conspiracy theorists all the time, when it comes to Scottish referees.
Or should I say R*****s referees?
Hell, we spent a good portion of the Trinity Tims the other night calling out two penalties we should’ve had at Ibrox on Sunday.
But the conspiracy theory that Ibrox fans are coming up with?
The SFA are savages, corrupt to the core, and in favour of Celtic.

Brilliant.
Just brilliant.
You couldn’t make this shit up.
A cabal of referees, who have for generations been in favour of one side, and are backed fully by the corrupt SFA, are now suddenly all in favour of Celtic?
This has been proven time out of number categorically by Celtic fans.
Members of the SFA and refereeing fraternity have even been sacked for their anti-Celtic leanings.
But last night, they all just suddenly switched allegiances?
The meltdown is epic.
And to be fair, I did say that once we went ahead of them in this title race, it would start.
Even if last night’s decision was a tad dodgy, how many of those have they had go in their favour?
How many stonewall penalties have they gotten away with this season?
Let’s be fair here, if it wasn’t for their friendly Ibrox supporting referees, they wouldn’t even be in this title race!

The outcry on social media is a sight to behold.
They’re genuinely losing their shit over this one.
Look, I’ll admit that once again last night, we weren’t great, but even if that goal had been disallowed, I definitely feel that we had it in us to go on and win the game.
Aberdeen didn’t even show up in that second half.
They made a small bit of an effort in injury time, but that was about it.
The important thing is that we got the 3 points.
If you’d said to me that we’d be headed to Ibrox for our Scottish Cup tie on Sunday with 4 points in the bag, I would have bitten your hand off for that.
This run of games was always going to be pretty tough.
But you know what?
I’d have bitten your hand off even more for the meltdown we’ve been entertained with after last night’s result.
We all know this is going to be examined to the nth degree.
The SMSM will be all over like it like a rash.
Poor Peter Levin is raging as well.

I’m loving every bit of it.
I’ll leave you with a few choice examples of the outcry on socal media last night.
Enjoy your Thursday.
Not quite on top of the League, but we are looking down on the R*****s again!
And boy, does that feel good!
Best I can do.

Absolutely shows the selective use of frames.
TV broadcast freeze frame vs the one used by impartial VAR.

Best one yet. https://t.co/0TqFWhaftY

One is a penalty

Rangers must take these savages at the SFA on. Scottish football hates us so much they will not speak up against Simpleton corruption. This is why the credibility of our game is almost non existent. Scotch football needs Rangers to be unflinching in this war. pic.twitter.com/BmsCUXtWja

I mean. That’s a mile offside

VAR use the wrong frame to make him onside. He’s clearly off
Cheating at its finest 😂😂😂😂 pic.twitter.com/KMfJzZ4Ccp
They really need locking up in padded cells for everyone’s benefit, including their own.
When you consider the plethora of decisions that have gone in their favour – even just this season – there is no way they would even be challenging for third place with a level playing field, yet they go mental at anything they can invent. No mention of the fact Aberdeen should have had a red card for the fouls on Tierney, that the penalty Aberdeen were given was a blatant dive after the tiniest of touches and that we should have had a penalty ourselves – and that was just the first half!!! Diabolical officiating last night which we are just meant to accept whilst these lunatics howl about probably the only thing VAR got right all night! Mental.
The only reason celtic are still in this is Martin O’Neil and the only reason the ragers were still in this is corrupt officials and Desmond and thehis cabal stop giving them your money
The only reason there is a title race is Wilfrid Nancy .
This is a piss poor Celtic side we’ll win nothing this season and if we do Martin O’Neill should be cannonised as a saint because he’d definitely be blessed. We got away with it again last night we started brightly with KT getting the early goal but the we were deplorable for much of the game after that. I know that we can’t always win leagues with silky soccer but I’d like to see some this season, we slowed the game right down to walking pace which suited Aberdeen. We’re at our best when we move the ball quickly and teams don’t get time to settle but everything was so passive and slow that I nearly fell asleep in Pittodrie. The penalty that they got to get back into the game was a joke and we wouldn’t have got it in the other box that’s for sure. The one that we didn’t get would’ve been given against us as well but we all know that before we kick off. I used to think Walsh was a decent referee but he’s proving he’s as bad as the rest of them now. I’m not enjoying watching Celtic just now it’s a form of masochism each game we play and I feel like I’m stupid for putting myself through it. I’ve never seen a side regress so much in the space of a year due to asset stripping and gross incompetence from a board that’s time is up and they should be frogmarched out of Celtic Park asap.
Had to laugh at Gerry and Peter’s chat prior to Sunday’s game. They were discussing the Tommy Gemmell statue unveiling on the Saturday. Gerry to Peter – do you think Martin O’Neill will get a statue if Celtic win the league this season? Quick as a flash Peter replied – yes, but it will probably be in Lourdes!
