FIFA look set to make a decision that will have a big impact on three Celtic players in particular and their respective futures this summer.

According to the Daily Record, Reuters has seen a leaked image from FIFA which recommends players and coaches who are set to be out of contract this summer are allowed to stay on if the campaign is delayed beyond that date.

This decision would, therefore, have a big impact on Craig Gordon, Jonny Hayes and Calvin Miller this summer.

All three are currently set to be out of contract when their deals expire at the end of June, and Celtic had already outlined their intentions to let Gordon leave the club this summer.

Hayes, on the other hand, is reportedly in line to be offered a contract extension, and this news could give him a bit more time to decide whether he wants to permanently extend his deal with the Hoops.

Miller has missed the majority of this season after picking up an injury whilst playing for the Reserves back in September, and that could have had a big impact on whether he will be offered a contract extension.

Presumably, it would be down to Celtic and individual clubs to determine whether they want to keep players who were set to be out of contract at the club until the end of the season if the campaign is extended.

Who do you think is most likely to leave out of the trio?

Gordon

Hayes

Miller

Therefore, it will be intriguing to see what happens with the trio in the coming months.
