Manchester United have reportedly set their sights on Celtic’s head of physiotherapy Tim Williamson.
According to Goal, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is looking to “restructure” his physiotherapy team in order to reduce the number of injuries his side are suffering.
United have reportedly interviewed a “substantial number of candidates” and Celtic’s Williamson is said to be their main target to replace Richard Merron, who is currently in the role.

The Hoops will no doubt be keen to keep hold of Williamson, who is currently enjoying his second spell with Celtic after having previously worked for the likes of Leeds United, Tottenham and Birmingham City.
Williamson also works for Scotland during the international breaks, and the 48-year-old could now be set for a move to Old Trafford.
United have also reportedly lined up an assistant for Williamson should he make the move to the Premier League side, with an unnamed figure from Leeds United said to be in the running to work alongside the current Celtic man.
