Celtic midfielder Olivier Ntcham is expected to seal a deadline day move to Ligue 1 side Marseille.
That’s according to Get French Football News, who claim that the French side are closing in on a loan move for the 24-year-old which will also include an option to buy at the end of the season.
France Football reporter Nabil Djellit reports that the option to buy fee will be around €10m (£8.8m). Reports earlier in the month claimed that the Hoops slashed Ntcham’s asking price to £7m, so a possible £8.8m deal in the summer could be more than the club expected.
Ntcham has made a total of 147 appearances for Celtic, scoring 24 times and registering 13 assists.

The French midfielder has under 18 months left on his Parkhead deal, so a possible €10m transfer in the summer could prove to be excellent business by the Hoops.
Of course, it looks set to be an option, not an obligation, so there’s every chance Ntcham could return to Glasgow ahead of the 2021/22 campaign.
However, should he impress in his native country, Celtic could be receiving a fee over double his current £3.15m Transfermarkt valuation.
