Celtic look set to sign striker Danny Graham on a free transfer after he was released by Sunderland last week.
The 30-year-old signed for the Black Cats in 2013 but failed to make much of an impact and ended up being loaned out four times, to Hull City, Middlesborough, Wolverhampton Wanderers and Blackburn Rovers, respectively.
New Hoops’ boss Brendan Rodgers knows Graham really well, having managed him firstly at Watford before paying £3.5million to take him to Swansea City.

Celtic are in the market for a new striker was both Carlton Cole and Colin Kazim-Richards won’t be at the club next season and it looks like Graham is the man Rodgers has chosen to add to his squad.
As reported by the Glasgow Evening Times , the striker is willing to take a pay-cut to join Celtic, as the club are unwilling to match the £35,000-a-week that he was on at Sunderland.
However, Celtic aren’t the only club interested in Graham; Blackburn are also reportedly keen to sign him too.
I would not have any of the 2 strikers that use are talking about Fletcher would be a bit part player and Danny graham is too old and couldn’t get into Sunderland team that’s why he free I rather have will Grigg goals and the lad from Bradford and balatlie for free
Let Blackburn sign him. Celtic need a forward who can score goals, Danny Graham doesn’t do that. Not a bad player but not the quality Celtic need
I too think Graham is not the player for us we need someone younger hh
