Scott Bain sends brutal dig to Neil McCann on social media

Celtic goalkeeper Scott Bain appears to have sent a brutal dig to the recently-sacked Dundee manager Neil McCann on social media.

Bain appeared to take to Instagram to laugh at the news that McCann had lost his job at Dundee.

As shown from images that emerged online, Bain used a meme of Ryan Gosling laughing shortly after the news was announced.

Ha ha Neil McCann https://t.co/hhskJJxC2l (@90MinuteCynic)

At this stage, it is unclear whether or not this was aimed at McCann, but the timing suggests it may have been.

It was confirmed on Tuesday evening that McCann would leave Dundee with immediate effect after a poor start to the season.

Dundee currently sit bottom of the league with just one win to their name from eight games.

Bain and McCann reportedly endured a rocky relationship during the former’s time at Dundee, which would go some way to suggesting that this was aimed at his former boss.

The summer signing spent four years at Dundee before making the move to Parkhead.
